Yes. Please ensure the property is completely photo-ready before the photographer arrives. We've created this free PDF checklist to help you out.
Yes, of course! We can't always guarantee this, though – if we're full, we're full. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least two days in advance.
You'll get the fully edited photos and floor plan back the day after the appointment. Videos take another day on top of that.
Certainly, weekend and bank holiday books are charged at 1.5x the normal rate, and same day cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Yes. They start at £95 + VAT.
Of course, each of our photographers is covered for both public liability (in case we break something) AND public indemnity (if we give incorrect information), ranging between £2,000,000 and £5,000,000 of coverage.
Typically between 45 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the service and the size of the property.
Not at all. We're happy to collect and return keys from an agency or other location.
A full frame camera with a wide angle (16mm) lens on a tripod. We also use a disto for measuring floor plans. Drones, video cameras, gimbles, flashes, and other media equipment is also used if needed for the job.
Of course. We want the photos to look good just as much as you do. All images are edited to a professional standard before they are delivered to you.
We can do this but it's not always possible - it depends on the room and the complexity of the edit. It is always recommended to have the room as tidy as possible before the photographer arrives. We've got a free checklist you can download here.
We also offer CGI, where we can remove anything or place any furniture in an empty room.
Cancellations up to 5 hours before the appointment time are no trouble and completely free. Within 5 hours, it will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
